The only reason to get it would be cd reduction. Im not sure what the interaction is with his spirits, whether octarine does or not actually replenish them faster
higher burst > lower cd
from a wave clear standpoint its safer to kill the wave in one fist
the hp is nice but ultimately not too big because your armor still blows
