I think they might reduce the gold he gets from bounty runes slightly. Apart from that most people seem to be saying Tusk, Windranger, Winter Wyvern, Dazzle, QOP and Slardar will get nerfed. Probably Doom as well. Maybe Meepo and Bane. This is meant to be a big patch and considering Icefrog called 6.85 a "small balancing patch" its probably going to change quite a lot of stuff

I want to see buffs to farming in general (buff jungle & lane creeps bounties). It's not rewarding at all right now. Also buffs to Storm, Tinker wouldn't be bad. Nerf Doom, Dazzle, Slardar, Bane, Wyvern, Tusk, Brood, SF, Ebola Spirit, Ember, Undying, Alchemist. Nerf all "save ur ass" items like force staff, glimmer, ghost scepter, eul. Make it so carries can actually carry & make farming a viable strat for other heroes than SF, AM. Nerf offlane in general, because it results in most carries being unviable in the current patch. I hope we can see more strats than current 5man mid from minute 8 & dual lanes. I want trilanes back.
Just nerf Tusk, SF and WW. Especially WW though, she is the biggest cancer of a hero ever.

Besides Tusk and Slar, I don't like any of the heroes that are considered OP. Volvo said the next major patch is coming mid-December. Any buffs to LD and Dusa are appreciated.
Alchemist and Slardar should not get a nerf at least not a major nerf like for example troll recieved in 6.84. Just nerf Tusk he was in meta too long and is really strong.

I just hope they nerf 5-man dota, and nerf the net worth-based kill bounties. For individual heroes I miss Axe and more Naga. Not many teams pick Naga much anymore (outside Alliance and C9). Farmed LDs are fun to watch as well, but it's been like 2 years since he was a relevant hero.

i think mr icefrog will buff int&agi carries a bit again - at least int carry items like bloodstone. he nerfed it too hard imo.
yeah shackleshot always seems to hit now, didn't used to be that way. Maybe something changed.
I think slardar needs siltheren crush to be magical dmg, that way it's not a bajillion dmg amped by his ult at lvl 6. Then get rid of the dmg reduction on his sprint but reduce it to 14/21/28/35% or something.
They should nerf Doom's scorched earth slightly, maybe decrease both the amount of healing and cooldown a little bit. But LVL? Death (Doom's E) should be nerfed too heavily, increase cooldown, decrease damage, increase mana cost. I would be happy if they buff void slightly so he will be back in meta. Game with faceless void is always fun you know... Also Alche's acid spray should be nerfed, he is too OP on midlane by spamming it, maybe if they change so acid spray will deal half damage to enemy heroes and full damage to creeps, that would be balanced. That's all.
meepo desperately needs some buffs NOT nerfs.
the only reason he works a BIT in comp scene is because he is such a weird hero nobody knows how to play against him.
it's basically just a cheese strat, but in pubs the hero is useless. if you look at how much meepo spammers played meepo a few patches ago to now, you'll see a huge decrease, that's because meepo sucks unless you get a perfect matchup.
meepo in competitive is perfectly balanced now, thats the last hero in the game that needs buffs or nerfs.
and I guess pros know to play against meepo cz he was a picked a lot both in comp and in high tier pubs.

meepo loses when he gets focused, because he steals whole team's XP+GP on the map so if he dies it's like a position 0 dying in a team of positions 3,4,5,6.
BUT, when he had respawn reduction combined with enormous gold for buyback, it was a bit OP because he could just force barracks with his 3 lives, then reset in 5-10 mins and do it again if the game isn't already over.
when they removed respawn reduction it was a fair nerf, but he still had his 3 lives, and even then, at least if he dies he can come back and still fight them.
but because meepo relies on gold advantage to be good, and that coupled with the rubberband mechanic, if you die once it's an enormous disadvantage because your position 0 just became a position 1, and your team is still 3,4,5,6.
if you do the 3 life suicide for barracks tactic, you basically just lost the game. (assuming you can't close off of that, which probably half of the time you can't.)

so meepo is still a VERY POWERFUL hero, HOWEVER he loses games if you don't do perfect. a simple mistake costs you the game. if you think you have retards in all your games, if you play meepo you will have poor underleveled retards.
i just really have no idea how to balance him though. he sucks in pubs, because you pretty much have to ace the game or your retards will feed even harder than they normally do.
he is OK in comp because your team presumably knows how to play around meepo and won't do dumb shit, and buffing him for comp would make him OP there.

i honestly feel he is a game loser for pubs. i can play him and go 20-0 easily, but if i make more than 1 mistake the game is over because my team has no farm. taking objectives is too hard of a concept even for 5k retards.

Remnant cost no scaling anymore, straight 100 mana = you can use it 3 times at lvl 1 (with Null + 2 gg branches you can do it even 4 times, soo overpowered!)
One patch before, the vision from the ult got nerfed too, from 1000 to 400 I think

Storm had same abilities from the begining.. after he became meta hero just get nerfed in time. Wr and sf have the same abilities expect shakeshot. Now they will nerf wr and sf because you guys crying a lot.
Storm Spirit? Fuck that shit, I just got over the whole zip-zap bullshit. 0-5 storm losing mid, going woods, getting a couple of kills off the back of his team then he has his fucking bloodstone and half an orchid and then he's so hard to kill and just snags kills left and right.
All games against storm were just crap since if you couldn't end it by 25-30 minutes he would get 2 major items and just go wild on your team.

I think alche won't get nerfed in the new patch. Maybe, they will reduce damage of acid spray a bit and that's it.
There would be 2-3 major buffed hero that will destroy the pubs :D
