the very same happened to me just now!
we were fuckin pwning enemy team, took rosh, and on the last hit to roshan game just crashed, i was unable to connect back, had green message that game will not be scored, and fuck this shit, worked so hard for this mmr!

Was watching waga stream today, he was pwning the enemy after lose streak and this happened :^)
