Ive read the patch notes for Arc and I dont understand what:"Tempest Double item/ability cooldowns will persist on unit" would mean. Does that mean that the doubke will no longer spawn with refreshed cooldown on everything?

For example, if you use Midas on your Tempest Double and then he despawns. When you respawn him, the cooldown will not be refreshed. But the cooldown will keep decreasing even if you don't have him alive.

So you only have 2 of each item instead of a permanent 30sec cool down on each one. Cool.
