Yes but not the keys themselves u just need to have keys for all spells and items and be able to use them fast and know what u can do with these keys!
Things like quick casting effects ure skill too!

They don't affect skill as long as you're used to them, and so long as they're easily accessible. If you can hit them, you're fine.
