To be fair doing what Ricky bobby does is fun. I used to do it a lot, but then realised I was wasting my own time and not gaining anything from it
i got a 6 month ban warning recently. i was really surprised how easy it was to get one of those.
All you need to do is play techie and flame everyone in the game no matter how good they are. Obviously you need to play good so your enemy also report you but make sure everytime you got a kill you need to flame your carry for not doing anything. Always say stuff like "So dark no wards useless support", "Slow farm carry" and type "rofl" in all chat everytime their team died from you. Guarantee 6months ban in less than 1 week

Solutions
#1 : Buy battle pass and queue for the roles that you want to play.
#2 : Like what you said, nobody wants to waste 45 mins losing mmr, everyone plays their best but there's bound to be a small percentage of black sheeps for any other games.
#3 : Since the removal of [0] in all ranks, the jump between 5 and the next level 1 has become a huge gap. That is why you're still archon 4/5 instead of legend 1. I believe your mmr now and before calibration should be very close.
There was a bug/miscalculation after the first mmr calibration which put you to 3.5, that is why there was a re-recalibration which put you back to 3.1.
I fail to see the logic in what you are doing. But hey, I'm in a higher bracket than you so more power to you? Yesterday I had a spectre in my last calibration game that said"not having fun bye" in the first 5 minutes. I don't understand you people. Go to a battle royale bro.

First, I think this game is a lot of fun but... there are so many issues with it.
#1 always a fight for mid and carry. Is there no way of fixing this?
#2 Not enough punishment for people feeding/throwing/abandoning. We all play ranked to gain mmr. It's a waste of MY time (~45mins) to sit through a game for that long when this happens.
#3 MMR calibration. This is such a fucking mess. I was legend pre calibration. I calibrate to legend 1 ~3.5k 2 days ago. I then get up to 3.7k as of last night (made legend 2). Today I wake up, play ONE game and am immediately set to archon 4 3.1k mmr. How is this possible? I was winning last two days with a 60-70% WR at 3.5k+.
So enough is enough. Time to quit this game by getting a 6 month ban. Hopefully I can fuck up other peoples calibrations.
I know, i know. You will say "we dont need you anyways etc...". This game needs a big player base to be successful. Outside of SEA the populations suck and queue times are ~10mins (aussie/NA). So you do need me. Hopefully more wake up to the massive flaws of this game.
