Abandoned game counts as a loss. If you have one abandoned game, that explains it.

I have here 1 lose more then I got ingame, too but abandonments count ingame as loses too, so I don't know where the 1 lose more is coming from

The system they use isn't 100 percent accurate, for whatever reason. I guess valve didn't want to send a WINNER="THIS" with the API, who knows.

That being said, my page is off by some 30 games, so don't feel bad, no abandons either, haha.
