All Storm Spirit games. He's my favorite hero and I play him too much. Not great examples because my opponents aren't great, but then again neither am I. Bloodstone on Storm Spirit grants a huge amount of survivability and when played cautiously, he is difficult to kill.

Not dying in matches doesn't always end well. Trying to pad this stat to avoid feeding the enemy team could potentially do more harm than good. I've played some much better matches where I died 1-4 times and probably had a much longer lasting impact on the game.
Playing mostly support heroes (more because I'm usually the guy who picks last or second to last in order to try to balance the more-often-than-not horrible team composition you get in pubs), it's hard for me to end a match without dying...specially since my playstyle involves annoying the other team as much as possible in the early to mid game to try to provoke them into wasting their most powerful spells in me if we reach the late game.
Of course, there's always the occasional completely one-sided pubstomp.
