You can do it via searching google using google dorks or queries try the following as a simple one.
.:ne:. Monkeh site:http://dotabuff.com/forums/general
It will show all the topics started by you or last commented on by you.

General DiscussionFeature request: List of own posts and forum search
It would be great if there was a list of threads that I've posted in so I can find the arguments and flame wars that have interested me as well as a search function to find threads I have yet to post in but now have a reason to.
Any possibility?
