You can't. Verified = famous or pro players and casters. You can't get there unless you get a pro team and take part in a BIG tournament.
They all are International player, so maybe the staff of valve know who are they
And also they always join a competition (SL, Bigpoint battle, TI)
Maybe that's how are can be verified, they play for competition
Not for me to just play, fun, and new friends from other country
Be in top 5 famous casters in the world and you ll be there. Or just play ti4 next,you ll be verified guaranted :D

But seeing how even a lot of pro's aren't verified, I guess my hopes just stay dreams forever :(
