wait for the other team to pick so you can counter or just pick heroes you are comfortable with and are good with the heroes your team mates pick. always make good choices and never rage at your team mates, people always rage at their team and wonder why they can't play as well as you can, Think about it, if you got raged on, wouldn't you make more mistakes then usual cuz you can feel like your the issue on the team? so always have a positive mood, always think there is a chance, if you see the enemy team have nottin but magic heroes that go dagon and your very far behind in kills and towers, but you have 3 stronger late game cores, never give up, there is always a chance, make sure u get every creep kill u possibly can and avoid getting killed / picked off. lots of people dont understand the importance of positioning of late game, at 40+ min mark, your positioning is very crucial, 1 mistake can throw you off the game and maybe even cost you a buyback which is very valuable this patch. people don't understand that if theirs a tier 2 tower at mid and the enemy team is committed to pushing down that tower and getting the rax next, they feel as if that teir 2 tower is very important that they must fight near that tower, That is very wrong and that is how people lose, they either lose 1 - 2 heroes because of players staying / walking around the back of the tier 2 tower, this is what the enemy wants so they can easily get rax. your whole team must stay near the tier 3 tower and abandon it and save the glyph for the t3 or rax is much better than using it on the tier 2 tower. now what i love to do that throws the enemy team off is saving the glyph till the t3 tower has about a few hp left, this makes them want to stay cuz they want to finish it (unless they have necrobook off course), while this happen the initiator like earth shaker or magnus comes in and punish them for getting of guard. this is one way of of starting the fight. Another one way is for you to wait for them to "throw" now this won't happen that much in a high ranked game, but there will almost always be that 1 person on the enemy team that thinks he can solo your team, if he passes your tier 4 towers, thats when you can punish him and kill him, the other team will start to "help" him but the other 3 will probably ignore and just focus the tower. if you can get 3 of their heroes and protect the tower, you will have a greater chance of winning the game, but the "rambo" player might just stop diving and continue objective. i can write more and more but i actully have errands to do and i ran out of time.
also, i just recently had a game where all my teamates just Gave up, because the other team had much hardcore cores than us and we couldn't do anything about it since we where magic damage and not right click, i actually tried my best to call shots such as go as 5 or, pick that guy off, or b and such. it was a great feeling and you should try that :D

you really dont have to look at the whole game, just look at the hero picks, ignore the kda, and just think about it like this, if all heros/players had the same skill level (which we all did in my opinion) which team would win?
i actually now believe that the team with the most positive feelings will truly win.

People have unrealistic expectations about what to expect when then smurf. You want 500+ easy games where you can build stupid items and hope to get away with it? No, the systems picked you out and put you in a bracket that is too high for you. You deserve to lose.

You basically from the looks of it were hoping for easy games and this is not what you are getting. How do you win a ranked game? By playing good, by buying the right items, by not assuming that you are better than everyone else and act like a fuck tard in game. You're bad, go into a game and picks a support, show some humility and team spirit and maybe you will win some god damn games.
Your win rate sucks for a smurf, your KDA's sucks for a smurf, your playstyle blows hard on all kinds of levels. Work on your gameplay then you will actually start to win some games.

Your thread started out nice and sweet in the title, but now I read some of your responses to people and don't feel like any help you will take, or any criticism and will flip every thing around to blame everyone else.

Of course because he started with new players, remember that new players don't even know what items or spells do, how is it hard to win against them. It's always a win except when someone in your team feed to much one of their carry.
Once I made a smurf to see how I had improved and barely played 10 games as it was too boring, in one of my game I went boot force staff and rapier with windranger, lost the rapier, and had time to revive and take the rapier. They didnt even know what the rapier do so they let it to the ground.
I did similiar stuff as this guy did. Had 3.5k solo mmr on my main, thought i'm a lot better then that and i created a smurf. Played few ez games, then the anti smutf detection picked me up and threw me in 5.5-6k bracket. I actually did play few good games there, but then i either started getting really bad players (like 0-5 first few min, then rage quit) or i performed under expectations.
I dropped a lot, got unlucky at calibration (3wins, 7 loses, more then half loses were 20 min stomps due to overrated players), but it was a helpfull experience. In the end i got 3.8k solo mmr which i'm rising slowly and i the more i climb up, the better i feel surounded by players who know what they're doing.
KliManT - if you think you are a lot higher then u actually are, you'll have to start playing the best you ever did to actually stop this long lose streaks. You're doing something very wrong, it's not all about your technical skill. Its about understanding of the game and when you learn how to counter different play styles, you'll climb up. Till then - enjoy your freefall with that attitude.

Lol. If i said that, then show me where i did. Firstly, i played only 15 solo ranked games alltogether on my main, so i dont know how precise my mmr is. Secondly - you have to play a certain number of games to actually play ranked. I tend to ask people whats their mmr sometimes in normal games (especially on smufs), so i did exactly that. When i played mmr calibration matches i was already around 4k.
Btw - this (N[A]tus Vincere - account below) is my other smurf i have only for fun. Played some games with 6k mmr people in normal and won with stomp. Lizzard and VG are both near 6k and i see them often playing with SingSing and other stream people. This of course doesnt prove anything, i just wanted to point out that anti smurf actually works, but it usually sends you too high and then major lose streaks follow.
lol this player is a Lithuanian with down syndrome. Got matched against him quite a while ago and he was a terrible slark, can't even keep up his smurfed up mmr because he's plain bad. I actually wonder what his main acc is for quite some time.
yep. So fed up of trash like this. My favourite part is that they think their inflated stats are better then legit stats like mine. I'm sitting fine on 4.3k MMR, going up about 50 a day on average. This trasher smurfs to 5k and rapidly falls. Still thinks he's better than me.
