Depends on your item. If you went radiance first you shouldn't unless your team been losing. In my opinion the highest winrate build goes to radiance, followed by diffusal and then heart.

I think in your case it was just hero combination and player variance. Usually from my experience if you gotten your 3rd item and still haven't crushed the opposing side, it means that you didn't gank or helped early enough mid-game to slow their carries farm. In that match you guys did fairly well besides the annoying phoenix & bs farm. Otherwise just some bad item choices.

I would have gone bkb or blade mail after radiance since they had a magic heavy lineup. But I wouldn't complain since ur team won and I think every one of your allies did good, as well as the enemy judging from the end game items.

phase boots, vang, radiance, mantastyle, and butterfly or basher.

Literally any hard carry with a BKB can 1v1 Spectre, I've even tested sniper vs spectre 1v1. Meanwhile heroes like FV and Medusa can not only 1v1 Spectre WITHOUT a BKB, they are more effective in teamfights than Spectre. Also, they become more effective with less farm.

Depends how underfarmed is the opposite team.

Just late game when ur fighting.. Say two enemy range heroes. Take sniper and mirana both has deadalus... You are busying chomping on their tank and support meanwhile sniper and mirana are getting shots at you. If you get stunned once by anyone on their team ur basically dead. So yea it's not really 'spectre under-powered' but the choice and situation that the team can get into.

i just watched the game between eg and liquid(the moster energy sponsored contest) and i noticed how naix had almost 200 cs in 23 minutes. How the hell could he farm so much in so little time?

Doesn't need to be 6 slotted at all, Vanguard/Drum + Radiance and you're already a threat unless the other team is more farmed than yours

I think your problem in this game is your low GPM. It's not about how many slots you have, but about how fast you get them. I said this before, but even "useless-until-six-slotted" Medusa has immense presence if she gets PB, Linken's and Skadi before like ~30 minutes mark. I think this could be applied to Spectre too.

i had a pretty tough early game tbh. I couldnt farm at all in my lane(veno was aaing the creeps)

Well, It's not like I'm blaming you or anything. I had plenty of these "can't farm at all" games myself. I'm just stating my opinion about this particular situation.

I feel like she is actually ridicolously strong and had no problems carrying with her after 30 minutes ever. If you are semi-decent at farming you should have phase radiance manta and half a heart by then.
Might just me being lucky but if you combine her with a decent midlaner who can carry to the 30 min mark (TA, NS, QoP...) you are good to go. She can ratdota easily and join fights instantly, you can teamfight really well wil radiance and Dispersion in Combination with Haunt, she is a a tank in the lategame... I dont know why people have issues with her past 30 min :x

I really don't know about a 6 slotted carry that can really out do her as long as manta/diffusal lvl 2 is on.

^ There are some who can, but at the cost of most of their team's dead. Supports don't really appreciate it when an Spectre receives a 1.5k crit.

Definitely not underpowered, just takes forever to get strong a lot like medusa.
