Yeah,bro i practice some hero positioning on drow ranger,but before i use MoM,i just make sure i am in good position to attack,but i guess it might my fault of being agressive or either un-cooperative teammates causing my death

dont build battefury, get drums if you are losing hard, vlads is also pretty good if you have no intention on spending 6k gold on satanic. and dont get MoM because after you get bkb jumping to enemies will be really easy

Mask of Madness = digusting item on PA
Helm of the Dominator is better because it also gives you damage which means bigger crits, and it turns into satanic which is like eating cheese if you crit when its on.

ALWAYS GET A BKB

Stop dying. If you are losing fights, farm for another 10 minutes, PA is a very hard carry and can afford to go late game. If you are winning fights, you probably won already. If you are farming and feel unsafe, even a little bit, just leave the area because that's your instincts telling you that you're getting ganked, it's right 99% of the time.

Item order #1 (Hard carry build): Phase > Bfury > Helm > BKB > Basher > Abyssal > Satanic > AC
Item order #2 (Early fighter): Phase > Drums > Vlads > BKB > Desolator > AC > Abyssal (sell drums for 6th item)

I love fighting PA player, no matter how fed they are
even with BKB i just doom them and they basically useless for the whole 15 sec

You should build Drum more. Frankly I don't think the farming hard carry battlefury build is viable in any situation; if you're getting good farm early, why not just build your Drum/Vlad/BKB earlier and win the game earlier? Just make sure you teamfight with allies and not solo rambo when going Drum/Vlad though.

Also, I think Desolator is freaking amazing on her, but that might just be me. And MoM ... I've never personally had the guts to go that item early but I can see it being good to be honest.

Yeah, i dont know, that might be true FOR ALL DOTA 2 HEROES i think ..... maybe...

Dont buy MoM, just dont, and bkb is pretty core. I think is ok to go for bfury but some people really dont like this item on PA, if your team can at least hold T2 towers i think bfury is ok.

Actually i think satanic is great on her if you dont need more damage, i mean even before basher.
