no, it means any friends you queued with this month, even if its just as 2 stack, they will appear on list
but they are not even in my friends list.. and I didnt queue with them.
I met them at solo queue match couple of times and blocked them because their gameplay doesn't synergize with mine

anyone who get in ur team 3 or more times in 1 month will appear as ur friends, dotabuff cant know for sure wether some1 is or not ur friend
You must have been randomly matched with them three times over the last month or something.
