I suppose you mean practise unfavorable matchups, like practise TA vs Puck 20 games and understand how you can win the matchup as Puck. Dendi rekt a TA as Puck once, most likely cause he know the matchup so well.

you can't win as puck vs TA unless the TA is worse than you or if your team helps you

it's very hard for SF, refraction screws his razes, TA has high damage since lv1 while he struggles to get his first souls, and when TA gets lv6 it's very easy for her to towerdive him because meld hurts so much
