If you abandon and you know you will get low prio you can actually put ranked match search before you get the low prio punishment and that game will count as 1 low prio game. It worked few times when some friend of mine abandoned a game a while ago. The game is normal ranked since there is no ranked low prio pool but it will count as one low prio game. I'm not sure if it will still works but I guess so.
