i am 5.2k mmr and ive had 3k mmr on my team before (He was not in a party) although i did Q for like 8 mins
Longer queue times = higher variation.
The upcoming patch will shed more light on exactly how big the variation can be.
there was this game where i was brown and the pink on my team added me. his mmr was 400+ higher than me so i would say it should be somethinh like that. of course the mmr only follows this rule when there are no stacks on your team (or at most a 2 man stack)
I'm on 3.1k and this game was with 2.3k mmr players, why?

i asked a duo stack why theyre so fucking shit on wisp ck -> we never played these heroes before -> wat -> why u on 5k mmr -> were on 2.5k -> oh
thanks guys. I don't feel so bad now. MMR don't matter if it's 3.5k or 3.2k etc... since variation will give me players 3.7k to 2.5k.
Just played a game with some people. We had a 4.2k mmr and a 2.7k mmr. They aren't friends. I'm smack dab in the middle with 3.5k but yea, 800 mmr difference.

Just played a game. The usual 3.5k tryhard mmr, that seems dumber than the players at 3-3.3k mmr. Anyways I've noticed a really sucky player and questioned his build. Later he told me he's 2k mmr in the game. Just wonder is there really 1.5k mmr span?
For a 2k player to play with 3.5k?
