That's a long shot since you either see all 10 or none and since in the same game, some people see all 10 and others see none. And with no privacy myself, I've both seen all 10 and none.
My current theory is that people who were reported don't see it or that it's simply a bug. That's all pure conjecture, though.
I once saw an alliance banner where the hero stats were. Yea I have a few friends who I once saw MMR now I don't see them no more.
I just had a win without any MMR showing :( Some dude on my team could see them, though, as he told me my MMR accurately.

I had one game today where I got to see the 10 MMRs, but another game where it didn't show it. People on my team could see it, however, and were telling me the low MMR of the two feeders that coincidentally chose mid and carry.
