newbee has beaten the top chinese guys lately, they've rly proven themselves and thats whyu they got the direct invite
also alliance played rly good doto and newbee still beat them... still alliance playing good dota is better than c9/eg as are na'vi.. but bulldog has to step it up if they want to win ti4 (as does akke but less)
@Benao : Though I shouldn't speculate too much off the minuscule amount of games I watch, I was able to catch the 3rd-4th place matches in WPC Ace and Alliance did pretty poorly against Newbee. I caught Game 2 and 3 and Alliance looked pretty weak in them.
EG, C9 dont deserve those odds, they arent that great, IG should have odds similar to newbee.
My money on Top 3, DK IG Newbee.
This international gonna be much more exciting than last one I hope. There are much more similar teams now, its not like dominating Aliance and Navi last year.I think biggest chance to win have Newbee,Dk and Ig but Eg also has a chance same as Navi and Aliance you never know. Fnatic is also very good they maybe can do top 5 or smth too can`t w8 to see how gonna be.

Odds are based on how bookies see the chances of winning. When DK is 2/1 to win it all, it means that they give them like 31-33% chance of winning. Probably like 31% because they need a little juice too. So the chances that DK will win is 31%, the chances that NewBee will win is like 18% and so on. (if you ask the bookmakers)

I think chance of dk winning ti4 is only like 10% and even 10% is lot considering how many teams there are.
