Huskar, Viper, Veno, Batrider, Dark Seer, Pudge, any silence or DoT (that means OoV is amazing against her).
^Orb of venom damage doesn't remove refraction...

Tested it once. OoV just slows her, which she hates, but is not what you are looking for, most likely...don't you think it would be pretty stupid if one of her biggest strenghts was countered by a 275 gold item?

Any Bloodseeker with half a brain won't waste his ulti on someone without an ally who can cancel channels close by...
any player with half a brain wont pick bloodseeker (excluding 9000000000000000 mmr pubstars who could rape even with offlane crystal maiden)

QoP's first skill while not as amazing as vipers passive and first vs TA is still good enough to hamper her out of the lane.
Viper, doom, venomancer, axe and dark seer obviously makes ta's life much harder. Pudge isn't really that good against ta because of his low armor, and he melts really easy.
I would say Phoenix is the hardest counter to TA until she gets Bkb.
All 4 skills are dots per sec except Sunray which damages all 0.1s. You have a 25% MS slow and a insane AS slow.

been 1v1 vs huskar mid, maxed meld with just one point in psy/refraction. started 2-3 shotting him by level 4
Bloodseeker is fine, good ganker, you do realize if people tp out of lane every time you gank they're still spending gold on tps and not able to farm cus they're leaving? Most will panic tp to base as well, not another lane where they can farm. It's not the same as being countered by a 275g item you never rebuy. BS is a pretty strong mid right now, great counter to a lot of popular mids like OD, puck, storm, qop.
I hate fighting TA but what about razor? Drain all her dmg, she can sit in that invis all she wants with no dmg. Then his Q ability should hit her twice to drop her shield, and his ult hits a lot.

As someone who plays TA a lot, I gotta say that the obvious counters are Viper and Venomancer. Slark also does pretty well (who'd have thought?) because his Dark Pact(? could be wrong on that, I mean the first skill) deals many small instances of damage. Also Ta cant do shit to him when he is in his ulti. More super annyoing heroes are the tanky ones that you can just never kill like Centaur or the ones that kite you like hell like QoP.
Someone earlier said that Ember counters TA. That is true to some degree but when TA gets more points into Meld than usual, his armor will go into the -4 -5 area reeeeally fast at which point he can be killed pretty easyily just by manning up and using stick charges.
