There are five separate ratings types: Solo Unranked, Party Unranked, Solo Ranked, Party Ranked and one for your team(s).
There are probably more, I think each mode has it's own pool rating. For example I have seen a lot of 6K players in Normal skill when solo queuing ability draft, or 1v1, so it may be more but socram is right there is about that many in the average AP game.
