Some older ones that I really liked: Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040, Vandread, Noir, Evangelion, Serial Experiments Lain, X, Love Hina, Tenchi Muyo, Cowboy Bebop and of course Hyper Police! Some fun honourable mentions are DNA^2, Ranma 1/2, and Cardcaptor Sakura.

For all of the above, when watching the Anime, watch Japanese dub with subtitles as with a few of them the English version not only modified dialogue but also removed scenes to tame down the content for younger American audiences with sensitive minds and no sense of humour.

Depends on your preferred style though I guess.

One Piece has an amazing story with foreshadowing going on for hundreds of episodes so you know its not shit that Oda (the creator) pulls out of his ass. Its touching to watch and gives awesome feels but only if you're willing to grind through all those episodes ESPECIALLY when some are downright draggy.

Since the three anime you posted were shonen, I'll recommend you some all rounder shonen anime (action,drama,comedy).

FMA: Brotherhood is considered a masterpiece by many and at 64 episodes, there is no ridiculous grind to get to the main story.

HunterXHunter. The first 3 episodes start out slow but then it quickly begins to blow your mind away. Everyone think its a kiddy anime when it has some of the darkest themes out there. Fighting sequences are animated superbly and there is plenty of character growth and jawdropping plot twists. I recommend this the most out of these 3. 150+ episodes.

Code Geass. Mind blowing deux ex machina shit right here, it has some flaws but you'll get so into it that it'll be over before you realize it. 48+ episodes.
