yeah u can, after someone kills me 1 or 2 times or talks shit to me, i first report him, and after that flame him.
didn't get into lp cause of that yet.

One time I reported enymy nyx, cuz he would do nothing but blink kill me then wait till i respawn, and always just follow me, even kill me in my base had ward on top, had bad game. reported him right after he all chat lina fun game?

Only time I report enemies is when they intentionally feed. (even tho this means I win)
And when I get really really angry and I'm trying to calm down.

i always report whole enemy team when losing, thanks volvo for always goving me additional reports and telling ppl i reported went to lp.
