Last time I sent them an email it took like 3-7 days, but I wasn't intently waiting so my estimate is probably off.
But seeing as you just got a reply here and he is aware, probably less.

Well their whole thing saying to email them or on twitter, tried twitter and it's been a very long time. =/
oh no DD, I'm meaning before, It's been almost a month since I messaged them on Twitter, and today I'm just wondering on average how long it is, I'm not saying that right now is long.
