You basicially play alone, buy cour, up cour, buy BoT and try to rat and teamfight as good as possible, despite your team being mentally challegened monkeys.

If you snowball and are doing great. Just making yourself insanely tanky, since you're getting damage anyways.
You're really just gonna have to try and communicate, play the captain and call the shots. Most importantly, try not to flame because people automatically turn into babies.
run around as 5 with smokes, ward as a team and deward w/gem
take rosh or picks then take tower, rinse and repeat
CALMLY tell your team to stop feeding and CALMLY explain to them that its a bad idea to run out and push, look for ganks, chase heroes ect. and CALMLY encourage them to farm waves close to your towers, let enemies trickle into you for team fights ect.
At my MMR this works 10% of the time, but maybe higher its better, I dunno.
Edit: Looking at that second game score why do Venge and Drow have so many deaths? I imagine they were far out of position getting ganked. CALMLY let them know to tighten it up.

What to do if youre the only one in the team that is actually doing great, i.e. farm, push, levels and etc. how do you lead the team to make sure you can try and turtle so rest of the team can get levels and items?
