Tranquil Slark is good vs Bloodseeker actually.

How the fuck is it good vs Bloodseeker? So you can regen 12 seconds after you are too low to have your ult heal you? R U SERIOUS?? That's like getting phase boots on Brood Mother so you can clip through your spiderlings out of your webs

^^ it might have been good vs the old blood seeker when 50% hp stoped you from healing, if your at 25% and the other team has sight on you, you might as well just go back to base. or carry a casual salve around with you and drink it if you come out of a fight with less then 25%.
