Hard to tell since he is playing unranked and stacking with friends who are creating new accounts so their MMR doesn't get too high.
anywhere from 5k above most likely.
the key is his friends are probably also 5k so he is running a 5k stack against people who are probably 3-4k.
Yeah but either way, the mmr system should even out the teams, so he would still theoretically gain +24 mmr from a party match?
Whether it's his party mmr or solo mmr, the mmr must be really good...
because his party has people who are creating smurfs who are probably 6K but on their new account their MMR is unknown (since it takes the system awhile to work it out).
dunno what they get out of playing games where they win 90% of the time.
If they are playing a 5 stack unranked they wouldn't have a displayed MMR, but their undisplayed MMR would be like 10k...
but then surely the system then has problems matching a 5 stack unranked with MMR of 10k++.
the main account there has 2000 wins and 300 loses.. if they had an MMR it would be like 50000.
No it isnt man normal mm doesnt work like that. You have a hidden mmr but the variance in player selection is huge. I've been winning almost all my games and im still in the 4-5k +. The guy above prob 6.4k+.
The guy above was saying that he stacked with 6k smurfs which I doubt but if s9 his party would be in the 4k. I doubt hes doing that so you are prob right but shouodn't the same apply to solo? I don't think this unranked mmr is as accurate as people believe.
i looked through his party m8s and they also got a shitload of games with the same win rate. so no smurfs
he is from one of the top teams in korea and he played in korea server which had shit dota players for a long time
There are stacks like this that just do normal games and stack 100% of the time.

Or the famous Sate stack http://www.dotabuff.com/players/84656093
Probably my favorite http://www.dotabuff.com/players/83347409 10K games with 65% winrate :/
but i guess its more fun to actually win most of your games with a good stack than play with retards in solo or lose most of your games with a bad stack
^ik who you are talking aout kappa
btw i guess this guy abused open/close match history, as you cant rly get such a high longrun winrate without abusing the system.
Well looking at when he started it looks like he stacked/won from the very start so...
Lets say with me we have 57+ winrate so if we played together from the start we would have probably more over the course of 2000+ games as we would have established roles, know how to strategize etc.
@havoc
Id say its not correct, cz at some point you gonna reach a point (in terms of your mmr progress) when you wont be able to keep same winrate. I dont think I would have high winrate with any1 if I had over 6k party (which I obviously dont deserve). And that's one of the reasons why I consider MM to be fair and balanced, actually.
Probably most of his games are +5/-50, so he can lose one game for every 10 wins to maintain his mmr constant.
"Probably my favorite http://www.dotabuff.com/players/83347409 10K games with 65% winrate :/"
Holy fucking shit, this guy has been playing like 60 matches a week for 3 and a half YEARS. WTF? Who are these people? Like is he in high school or college and never goes to class, spends every waking hour playing dota? Or does he play dota at his work? Or is he some trust fund kid who literally has nothing to do ever? I supposed you could work a normal job and literally play dota 8 or 9 hours a day while sleeping 6 or 7 and eating/showering/commuting the last couple.
Just so weird. I want to know who he is and how he lives. Plus even on my days off with family out of town I get bored of dota after 5 or 6 matches. That's some commitment.
I think in reddit there was some guy that had a night shift on some job and i dont really remenber how but he could spend all night playing.
The guy with 10k games is aliastar and he streams quite often on twitch.tv. Might be worth checking it out.
Wow 10k games!
Now does that show some people just have a better skill (reflexes and quick thinking and such) then other players?
Or how else could you say Arteezy is better then this guy?
Arteezy has probably played just as many hours but he has used smurf accounts, private match making etc.
That guy appears to play in a stack of friends also which means he may not get the same level of difficulty as someone who solo queues, since solo queue above 6k you are playing with four 4k players vs a team of five 5k players.
this reminds me of dota 1 pubs where if u were half decent and stacked with your friends you would get 8+ k/d/a on most of your heroes and 80-90% win rate
much impress xD
theres no way that guy is 10k because if u play against ppl who are much lower skill than you, sometimes you don't gain MMR at all

He has only ever played 3 ranked matches...

Surely over 10K ? :O
