depends on your carry I think. Antimage kinda farms everything, kills wave, blinks into jungle, kills the next wave. Where as slark or bloodseeker farms by killing the enemy. Generally every carry who has a build on aoe will go and take ancients at some pint into the game, that's why Luna players get a helm of the dominator, to stack the ancient while farming the lane and jungle.

if i control the lane perfectly and farm under my tower without being under my tower then i dont take jungle creeps, thats the support's job, to have them ready and stacked for me later when i decice its the right moment.

i've seen exactly one stack ever which wasn't stacked by myself or somebody I personally know, as a carry. It was stacked by accident because bara went through. thug life at 1k

dont die and dont join fights unless necessary. the only carry i play is void, and i fight only when i have chrono.

lane creeps > jungle most of the time. just kill the ranged creeps 1st, then auto attack melee. you want to clean it fast, so you can do jungle before next wave arrives.

also ancients ftw. thats the best farm. dont miss it. dont finish jungle, but make sure you dont miss any ancient spawn. go and stack it, then do both camps and repeat. dont go every minute. after ancients ofc you can go to mid/lane if creeps are nearby and farm them too.
