The only time they do is when I have mek/arcane boots and I think those only show the mek healing

idk but mayb its bec you can spam it on like a 5k hp pudge and bam ez 100k hero healing

maybe you just think you healed but it was all just an illusion?

Cold Embrace provides HP regen, not healing. There are a lot of effects that don't get counted because of that.
