time to change countries. There is a reason why people move to developed cities. clearly for wifi.
SEA Server always like that, sometimes, 8/10 players gets disconnected ingame, then suddenly it says that "Poor Network Detected, No Stats Will be Recorded" (-_-)
i once played venge on SEA, had over 450 ping and my hero would move in like 3-4 seconds after i issued an action
not even kappa 
i once played templarka on russia, had over 600 ping, but i still can dodge pudge hooks from low ground.
is it just me or russkiys are no good hookers?
