Looks like he raged after that storm game, then started going on a huge tilt, then let his anger get to him, and titled even more. XD

how the hell does he have almost 5k hours into dota but less than 1k games.

i can only assume wave met him because he's in low prio. i think the guy's just intentionally feeding to get out of low prio faster. notice how all the games after that storm abandon are normal all random.
