actually you should be able to theorycraft yourself, and in order to do it, you should have a lot of experience, just practice. however, you can watch some Puppey's drafting guides, for example. the problem is that you wont become much better as captain if you just follow other people's advices without "feeling" why certain heroes are good against given picks, how well some specific heroes interact with each other, etc.

thank you for the respond yes i think i need more experience specially with my team mates on how can we make thngs possible on hero drafting,make synergy on each other and on each heroes well i guess even thou i need that i think i might also check puppeys guide as you mention earlier.thanks mate

Make a list of your favourite/best heroes. Seek for combinations in this list and try to figure out weaknesses and strenghts of it.

I haven't played CM in a year or so but the most important Thing was that you actually knew how to Play the hero, for me atleast. ppd has Videos talking about his toughts while drafting, very interesting actually.

well i do know how to draft but idk how to teach others

the more u play the better game understanding u get then u know hero synergies/counters and whatnot and then u can make up strategies and shit on ur own in ur head

ofc sometimes team is not on the same page and they cant execute ur strats but thats whole different story

At our mmr levels (ie not pros) it's more important to draft strong heroes you can play than to counter enemy and pick unique strats. Just load up on disables, strong mid laner, strong offlane or dual offlanes kind of stuff and make sure you can play it. Like don't pick morphling if no one's a morph expert or invoker if no one is comfortable.
