Its not so much of an issue as a mistake on my part. I accidentally selected a 12 month sub instead of a 1 month payment.
I was hoping to get it refunded as I need the money for bills.
Hey we are at TI this week so responses may be slower. I went ahead and canceled/refunded your 12 month sub. I gifted a month for the mistake as well. Let me know if there is anything else i can do.
