There's actually a reason why content is delayed so much.
Because over the long run they maintain more interest by releasing content spaced out instead of all at once.
It's QUITE A LONG TIME AWAY, they said before TI6, so it's definitely quarter 2 next year. (April, May, June)
Right now they're backed up with the TI5 after math, Dota 2 reborn bugs + glitches (we still need more, definitely) , the actual transition to reborn it's self for good, the desert map, weather pack, and all the other compendium things they promised, and who know's what else.
