How can you even consider earth spirit being stronger now ??? Sure his agah is totally op, but if you didn't won 1v5 the game by 15 min mark with old one, you weren't knowing how to play earth spirit.
All he ned was lvl 3 to make a 100% safe, 100% accurate combo that send you to enemy tower when you are on your hill middle.
Hell even most of them were taking the rolling over the grip in offlane, cause they would literally win a 1v2 battle against the 2 support, thx to his nice stat and the insane as slow and ms slow.

stun, silence, escape, initiation, pull, push. Which hero has it all? Earth spirit.
To make things worse all of his skill is AoE. The most OP hero in midgame.
^that's because you are in Normal Skill. I have never seen a good ES player in Normal Skill, I have only seen those players own with ES when I've watched good players streaming and owning pubs, never in my own games.
He's easier to play, but doesn't mean he's stronger. His grip is much slower and lower range and his damage early levels are worse so he can't solokill at level 3 as easily as before. Instant stun at 1400 range is also better than a rock flying at 1200 ms (even if it goes 2K range now). Now you can also even purge his high-damage ultimate (which is huge considering the damage it does and how easily it is to obtain a eul).

Hey everyone just noticed that Earth Spirit having the stun for a kick means for stronger initiation and also better opportunity for pick offs. This just suits my play style better as missing the stone kicks is a rare occasion so kicking to stun. I think this is the strongest Earth Spirit, especially since he now scales better in the mid game with the re-scaled damage on stone kick.
