I don't know about this ... I mean unless it's because of genuine issues like shitty internet/pc, those people who got into LPQ probably don't care about getting into LPQ or losing games right?
If the person was grieving in normal games until he got into LPQ, he'd probably enjoy grieving even more in the LPQ and stopping those people who genuinely want to get out of LPQ from winning.
It could work but imo I think it's just going to turn into a hellhole ...
but think about how that ends - the grievers who don't care end up stuck in LPQ and don't ruin your normal games.
I end up in LPQ at times bcuz of fucking shitty internet. I don't mind the all random, it's the attitude of the players that makes LPQ the hell that it is. It's a fucking feed fest. Maybe the patch might improve things but I think the feeders are brain-dead retards who don't mind staying in LPQ, as keisuke said. this equates to luck leading u out of an LPQ now (ur team dznt get feeders). Btw how many games of LP is the penalty now? They've reduced the no. of games...
Most people I know who get low priority get it from abandons which is always because of internet problems or power outages. For those people it sorta punishes them extra for something they can't control.
But for toxic people it could be a huge improvement in the DOTA community.
I heard that lpq games are not being balanced by MM system, so unless it was fixed, it would be unfair towards lower-skilled players

as for the rest, honestly, i don't care why you abandon - if you repeatedly play ranked games with shitty internet you deserve to be in LP as much as a rage-quitter. you made a decision to play and are just as responsible whether you decide to play when you know you'll probably get an abandon and when you decide to leave a game.
don't forget LP is meant to be a punishment - it shouldn't be fun to get out of.
its actually funny that redditors asked for it since they are all 2k and will probably end up playing more lpp games

There's no way you will get into LP games unless you're an asshole.

I have never gone to LPQ for flaming and I flame 100% of my games even when we are winning
It could be good too when your starting gold is 565 in LP just like if you repicked someone else :)
