If you echo stomp all of Meepo's clones, then attack just ONE, do all of them wake up, or does just the one?

There are some legit combo's with alot of heroes deemed trash by the metta. Omni/Naga and ET. I see void is picked often in pro games because he can chrono and take out one or two heroes with a chrono and his team, but I feel like ET and Omni/Naga are also viable options for this, just are just totally left out for some reason.

              because et can't lane.
et requires a solo lane, or atleast to be ahead at some point in the game.
Love the hero, he has situations where he is incredibly powerful. however in comparison, other heros can fill his role better as they can lane better.

Void has an escape so he can go offlane, elder titan has a spirit. while he is strong in some situations, at a pro level there isn't alot the et can do in lane vs a competant trilane. whereas void can put himself in a more risky situation and timewalk out.
Darkseer, can surge out. or fallback to jungle,
              et, he can walk out?

that being said, if et gets a good start or a good lane, he can crush 1v1s or atleast get his nessasary levels so come midgame he can rofl stomp people.
Naga et saw alot of play in american dota, and alot of chinese teams picked up on the trend.
i've pub stomped many times with that combo, however come 6-7-8k mmr's Et's laning situation is abit on the awkward side.
