"snowball hero" has nothing to do with success/winrate, its a separate term

The only real snowball hero is Tusk.

ty guys yes @scrps was right i asked for 2 thing definition of snowballing and wich heros noobs can't beat at 1k
i found that 1k can't beat lifestealer or meepo or spectre players bcz they never go togueter this is spectre weakness

Hi scraps - storm is still considered a snowball hero even now. It's just that his early game is a bit hard now ty to the nerds. It is time ppl.experiment with a new item/skill build on him maybe.

Death Prophet, Invoker (Two Forge Spirits Build), Medusa, Huskar, Razor (Aghanim's Sceptre Build), Tusk, Lycan (with Necronomicon Book), Warlock, Shadow Shaman, Drow Ranger (at 1k-2k) she's good at snowballing.
