supposing u alrdy have blink, aether lens and aghs, u might need:
force staff
bkb (highest priority)
ghost/ethereal blade
shivas (highest priority)
glimmers cape
HoT
hex
euls
as for playstyle, u cant be a realy core even if u snowballed b4 that, but u provide ur team with a lot of utility/initiation/indirect impact (enemies are limited in their moves cz they are afraid of you). also u can tank amlot of damage so do not worry about being focused first.
Pudge's actually underrated lategame (because most people play him mid so they have one less right clicking core than the other team) since you have a pretty darn long bkb piercing disable, if you can't be disabled while using it (BKB/linkens/whatever) it's pretty strong. And even if you get disabled you're very unlikely to die if you have shivas.
Get armor!
A lot of pudges make mistake and think they only need HP and they melt to physical damage with their 4k hp...
Shiva's preferably, but if your carry doesn't have AC (or your team) this can be quite nice since your right clicks becomes serious.
You can't really right click enemies since you're really slow etc. but towers get rekt.
If there's no BKB piercing disable on the other team, Blink BKB dismember is really fucking good in late.
I hate 98% of Pudge players because they rush aghs, buying no armor, aether lens after blink, double/triple Heart for 7k hp, going mid and gank only the safelane and etc.

As you can tell from checking my profile, my winrate for pudge is abysmal. While this is partly due to my terrible gameplay when I first started playing, recently I've been having difficulties late game. My most recent game I went 15-0 early game, but late game I began to fall off greatly. I was wondering what others do late game with the hero, as while you can deal high damage to a single target, the enemy team is free to shut you down while you channel your dismember. Any advices, itemisation etc?
