It will block nearly every single target spell if the linken's carrier is the primary target. Spells which bounce like chain frost or medusa's mystic snake will only be blocked if you target the linkens carrier, if they bounce to the carrier later they wont be blocked in any way.
Other spells are only partially blocked. For example Lion's Earth Spike will still hit any other enemies in the line but linkens will protect the carrier from the stun and damage.
Also a small group of single target abilities are not blocked. The main ones not blocked that I can think of are Medallion of Courage, Solar Crest and Tusk's Snowball.
u cant block chainfrost, u can block that ministun upon cast but the ice will still damage, slow, and bounce off you.
Let's say that after 13 sec, the Chain Frost is still on and you're still alive (magic!), will it block the instance?

Track and Rupture is prevented. So, will be most single-target spells. The item description says "most", so are there spells it can't block?
And in cases like, Chain Frost, does it prevent cast only or will it work on bounces too.
