You do know Aghs+Refresher enigma can deal 100% hp damage?
Well with midnight pulses down, there's no way in hell you're going to get a pulse down, black hole, refresher and pulse, black hole again cus the cast time on pulse will make everyone jump you, unless you have bkb and they have zero stuns that go through. It's hard enough just getting pulse + black hole down right cus once you pulse everyone knows bh is coming and spreads out.
I believe it only stacks with Aghs ulti. Not sure if you can put two of them on top of each other with Refresher.

Yeah pretty realistic question, it'd do devastating damage in case of Sceptered Black Hole + Midnight Pulse.
