Pugna sounds like a girl to me aswell, but so does Invoker so who am I to judge heros names relevancy to gender.
Pugna is too hard to play nowadays, but he probably is quite underpiciked indeed
Pugna eats shit against an actual team because there's so many solutions to nether ward, his biggest ability. His hp pool is terrible and his spells aren't potent past 20 minutes. He has to get close to towers to push, he doesn't have hard disable, he needs levels more than the traditional support but also can't carry a game.

Back on topic, theres no late game support that can handle a spectre haunt better than aghs pugna.
I love Pugna. He's extremely powerful in this meta due to all the ODs and Invokers

I find that his biggest problem is that hes made of paper, and so hes too squishy to be a core. But he also really needs items so he doesn't make the best support. If they buffed his strength gain or base strength I think he might make a viable mid.

Can push towers and his aghs ulti is pretty broken.
