You just got to play a bit better, be a bit faster and smarter overall. And mostly pray. Pray a lot for good teams.
It's not about tilting, it's about the physical possibility of winning the game, and sometimes the restriction of your skill level. Like, some games are unwinnable for you as a 4.4k player but you'd win 7/10 of those if you were pushing 7k. Still, if you don't tilt, you'll eventually make it if you didn't hit your skill ceiling.

i know there's almost always way to win but i just can't tell all 4 other ppl what to do for 50 mins and at the same time focus on my own gameplay, not even talking about people bitching, babyraging or instantly going afk after someone tells them that they fucked up and what should they do in order to not fuck up
people lack common sense like "let magnus initiate so sven can follow up", instead we have sven running in front with 522 speed, blows up one person and then all of us die on haunt
also if i'd believe in skill ceiling being this low i could as well quit this cursed game
i've met a ton of ppl who have 0 clue what they're doing who were in high 4ks, closing to 5k
so why is it so goddamn hard to win

Man I have the same problem at my ranked games at3,5k mmr. My plan is I relearn my meepo at unranked games and then get the next 1k 1v 5
Get what you mean, everytime I get to 4.0, I literally get unwinnable games, i'm not even tilting , literally playing fine, not mad, actually quite happy in real life outside of Dota, yet still getting jungle pudges all of a sudden, even though there was no sign of them the 25 games before the unplayble team streak happens. Not worth complaining Arin, all you can do is just play. lol
games are won and lost in picks, just learn the meta for your bracket and try to convince teams to play to it. I often ask or even beg my teams to trilane around a hero like spec instead of jungle or roam.

U can just pray. Even spamming meta, and being skilled wont win u a game with 3, or even worse, 4, tards. This is why Dota is 5v5. And like many say, grind !
im about to quit this game completely on march 6th if i can't get to 5k. i have been at 4.5k for 18 months with an average of 11 hours of play PER DAY. DON'T ASK ME. solo mmr is no better than gambling/poker, but instead of one person holding a hand, it's 5 people holding the hand arguing over how to play it. I'm honestly thinking about becoming a poker player no joke, it CANNOT be harder than this game. highest i ever got was 4.9, but i'm never below 4.2. 11 HOURS PER DAY FOR 17 MONTHS. this game is bullshit and i advise you all admit it to yourselves, the difference between 4k and 5k is 40 games, i have 5000 games, what is 40 games? it's a pitterance. you should get to vote who deserves mmr across both teams and the 5 players with the highest votes get mmr, this system encourages at least 1 or 2 or 3 or even 4 bad players can't always get mmr and be carried, only the best players get MMR based on human intelligence.

4)Pray for 5minutes.
5)Do small exercises.
6)Play with patience.
7)If u lost again, Go to Settings>Delete Dota.

Sometimes you need to stop playing for 1 day/some hours you don't want to queue when the amount of retards is high, watch a movie instead, I always before I go to sleep and and have like 30 min - 20 min to midnight (I refuse to go to sleep if I don't see 0.00 AM) I'll download some movies while I watch some videos etc. So you always have a movie ready when the cancer comes.
