Because the count is not correct, I play on 5K mmr and low priority I have 2K mmr opponents. And it does not depend on my skill.

He didn't play meepo in LPQ. But db ranking might still count all games to get an estimate of the person's rating.

I was 4 place meepo in hero ranked,but i take 2 times 5 low prioriti games and here take 2k mmr oponents, when i win all low priority games i lost position in division (it was diamond 10 and now diamond 1). Now im have 42 position. Its work bad. Turn off the counting low priority games pls!
