1) Litterally no reason to spend money on a free game for me.
2) I know I will raise in mmr over time, and I have no reason to speed up things since i like playing the game and winning. When I will stop raising that will be ok with me since that will be about my actual skill.
3) Having more mmr than your actuall skill level will just end up with you losing most of the games in my opinion.
Not sure if I'd want to pay, but given the skill disparity between my unranked games and ranked games I'd love to be able to recalibrate.
Ranked I'm sitting at very low 3k
Unranked I'm consistently in the VHS bracket when solo
The end result is that ranked games are generally unfun and I'm no where near good enough to auto-win myself up that last 1k

let you pay to recalibrate your ranked mmr?
So you could pay say $10, and your mmr would be reset to TBD. You may have to do say 20 calibration matches, with each one changing your mmr by half as much as the original calibration would have, but it would be alot easier then smerfing. Plus you would run the risk of paying to only end at a lower mmr then before.
Would this change be a good thing?
Would you pay for this, or would you have paid for this at some point?
