Why first match of this guy is with sumail ? And how could he play ranked without getting 50 trophy lvl ? As we can see .. Only 10 ranked matches , how he cud have done this ?

Some people can make new accounts and those new accounts are already in very high skill. He could've spammed co op bots for enough exp to play in ranked.

Or he could've been in party and qued into sumails team even if he was solo .

He is not in sumail's team ! Even if u play solo coop bot matches u can see them in dotabuff match history ! This is the different case I guess
