I've played 1650 games more or less "abroad" from South Africa before we received our own server. Since then I've played about 4550 games on South African server. I really want to see my stats for ZAR server only on heroes like Shadow Fiend etc. (Currently ranked 65th :P).
The ping back then was 230-280 mostly and that affected my stats heavily especially on SF. Scenarios shows I've played 121 games with SF on EU WEST server. It would just be nice to see how one perform in certain regions. I'm sure adding that filter won't be too big of a deal for Dotabuff staff/developers.
