What do you mean by "ult-only Sniper"? Can you elaborate on that and tell me the skill-build?

Increase range first, then shrapnel. Get ult whenever you can.

Build shadow blade and blink dagger. Then boots of travel.

Stay as far away from the fights as possible but within ult range. If you see an enemy at low health running away, ult him. If you see a teammate engage on an enemy, ult him. If you see enemies coming your way, go invis and blink away.

Avoid dying at all costs. Get assists with shrapnel and ult. KS with ult.
