You can't get them, I was disappointed too when I wanted to get the flowersong tempest set for Windranger but found out there is know way to get them except buying ti5 compendium

Yeah almost nothing can be sold on market anymore, it's f'ing stupid.

They are not tradeable but giftable only ones, Luckily I never unwrapped or used any of them !
