Stop entertaining the attention troll. Clearly a sub par player that is using smurfs to play riki and begging for attention.
His win rate and mmr is proof enough that his riki is terrible. The only saving grace is that he is probably aware of it and trolling cause he is bored.

70% winrate in Normal skill, here's my build.
Skill: E-Q-E-W-E-R-E-Q-Q-Q-R-W-W-W

Items: This depends on your lane. Usually just Stout, Tango, and an Orb if i'm on dual lane and have kill potential. If not, get Poor man's, maybe Stick and then Treads.

Once you have those, items can vary. I usually like to rush Diffusal Blade but sometimes I go Aquilla first. Then get SnY or Manta. I usually pick up Basher after SnY but sometimes I have to go Skadi or BKB. Once I have Skadi, Abyssal Blade is pretty good. Game rarely goes that late though.

66.6% riki winrate. This meta diffusial is only optional but I used to build it every game tho.
Proper build at early game should be treads, poor mans shield, orb of venom
mid game should be treads orb of venom diffusial yasha
late game treads diffusial with 0 abiliti to purge (optional selling it) skadi seadalus basher/abyssal

Riki this meta got no problem with bounty hunter/slardar so early game just get diffusial for easy fog kills, later go dmg items and play with ur team - easy wins.
Rikis ulti is amazing especially with voids chrono, seers vacum.

If I would random riki I would go 4th pos with vlads and mek with acanes or trancils
Later I would think about hex/orchid maybe rot

In this match I played support Invoker to help the Riki. I went Quas Wex and just ran around with ghost walk constantly on and would just move command on an enemy hero as soon as I saw them so it would keep the enemy heroes slowed. That way the riki was easily able to keep attacking the enemy hero since they would never be able to escape since they had their movespeed constantly slowed to -50%.

I went Vlads, Drums and AC to provide beneficial auras to the riki. As you can see it was very effective. I recommend trying support Invoker next time you have a riki in your game.

75% winrate, 17-5-9 avg KDA.

I usually go for,
Lvl1: 0-0-1-0
Lvl3: 1-1-1-0
Lvl7: 1-1-4-1
Lvl11: 3-3-4-1
Lvl13: 4-4-4-1
Then go for ulti then stats.

Q: Why only lvl 1 ulti till lvl13?
A: a bonus +1 attack is not worth it at early stages.

Q: why lvl 4 smoke? Bonus is more useful! Lvl1 is enough.
A: The bigger AOE and higher the miss rate is very important during clash. A lvl4 smoke is useful for your team while a bonus is useful only for yourself.

I normally go a ganking riki i never stay on lane or lh creeps, that way i got more game impact trough the map.
I go tranquils since they removed the riki hp regen passive, if you want lifesteal later, go threads,
Diffusal always, crits because of the ultimate, butterfly/skadi if you have money ( i prefer the skadi to thank more).
As a riki i see myself as the detection guy, i buy wards and deward with my qblade, i buy the gem, i move trough the map in the safest way possible, but always ready to fight with my team.
